The new law 4/2023 introduces important innovations in the regulation of the rectification of the mention sex in the Civil Registry, which entails considering the will of the person, and ultimately your identity. In this text is made an approximation to the legal concept of sex and are analyzed and interpret requirements, procedure, and effects of the rectification.
